Common questions

Do clients need an app?

No. They open your link in a phone browser and book with a phone number — no download, no account.

I already use Google Calendar. Do I need this?

A calendar cannot let clients pick a time, catch conflicts, or hold client records. This solves "clients can book themselves" — and stops you updating the calendar by hand.

How do LINE notifications work?

Add the OpenBiz-Booking official account as a friend and it links to your studio automatically. New bookings, cancellations and client notes arrive on LINE.

Can I stop the trial whenever I want?

Yes, any time and without a reason. The trial is free and takes no card details.
