1. Who we are

瑞澄科技有限公司 (Taiwan Unified Business No. 62064339, operating under the brand name PCIRCLE; "we", "us") operates pcircle.com and is the data controller for personal information collected through this Site. The Site is intended for business use and directed at adults aged 18 or over; we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Your use of the Site is also governed by ourTerms of Service. 2. What we collect, and what for

Site analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages visited and time spent, general region (country / city), device and browser, and referring source. IP addresses are anonymised by GA4 before storage; we collect no names or email addresses through analytics. Used to understand which content is useful and to improve the Site.

Contact form: company name, contact details (email or phone), your message, plus industry and company size where you supply them, and the IP address the submission came from. Used to answer your enquiry, for related business follow-up, and to detect abuse of the form.

Coffee Chat reservations: your name, email address, the session you pick, an optional topic, and the IP address and time of submission. Used to send your confirmation, plan headcount, and tell you if a session changes. The cancel link in that email carries a random code, used only to confirm a cancellation comes from you. Reservation data is stored on servers we run ourselves and isnever sent to any third-party platform; cancelling via the link deletes the reservation record immediately.

Providing any of this is your choice. If you don't, we can't answer your enquiry or complete a reservation, but you can still browse the Site freely. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The analytics cookies below are set only if you choose "Accept all". Choosing "Necessary only" disables analytics tracking and leaves the Site fully working.

Besides the analytics cookies above, this site keeps three preferences in your browser's local storage: your cookie choice, your language, and whether you want the light or dark appearance. Those three stay on your device, are never sent to our servers, and are not used to identify you. Clearing your browser data removes them.

When your cookie preference saves successfully we also record a consent audit entry on our servers (time, IP address, browser); withdrawing consent later records one too.

4. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you as the law requires.

5. Your rights

• Withdraw cookie consent — click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. That clears your stored preference, turns analytics storage back off, deletes the Google Analytics cookies already in your browser, and brings the banner back so you can choose again.
• Opt out of Google Analytics — install the official Google browser add-on.
• Access, correct, delete, or object to processing — email [email protected]. We action deletion requests within 30 working days where technically feasible.

These rights are provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法) of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and other applicable law.

6. Third parties and where data is processed

One service operated by Google LLC (USA) receives data from this Site, and it may be processed on servers in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policy.

• Google Analytics — traffic measurement. Loads only after you choose "Accept all".

Everything else runs on servers we operate ourselves: the contact form, the Coffee Chat reservation system, outgoing email, and the typefaces the Site is set in involve no third-party platform. The fonts were served by Google until August 2026; they are now delivered from this Site, so loading a page no longer discloses anything to Google unless you have chosen "Accept all".

7. How long we keep it

These records are deleted automatically once their window expires:

• Contact form enquiries (including the notification email the form generates) — up to 24 months.
• Coffee Chat reservations (including reservation and cancellation notices) — up to 12 months after the session; the reservation record goes immediately if you cancel.
• Consent audit records — up to 3 years.
• GA4 analytics data — 14 months, under our Google Analytics account settings.

One thing works differently, and we want to be straight about it. If a conversation follows — you reply to us, or we reply to you — that correspondence is ordinary business mail, not a form notification. We keep it as long as the relationship needs and as long as company and tax law require us to keep business records; it is not deleted on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

8. Changes and contact

When this policy changes we update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes to how we process personal data we will say so on the Site. For privacy questions or to exercise any right above, email[email protected].
