Record the first sale, then grow into ERP

SimpleERP is PCIRCLE's live modular ERP, free to register and start using. You do not need customer, product, or inventory masters before you begin. Record what sold today first, then enable purchasing, receiving, inventory, and AI-agent workflows only when the business needs them.

YOUR FIRST DAY

Fifteen minutes to a first sale you can still look up later

01

One PCircle account gets you in. Nothing new to remember.

02

Open a workspace

Each shop, company or project is counted separately. Who can edit and who can only look is set per person.

03

Record the first sale

Date, item, quantity, unit price. The customer can just be typed in — nothing to set up first.

04

Confirm, or keep it a draft

Unsure? Leave it a draft. Once confirmed it joins the day's summary, and it can only be voided, never quietly deleted — with a record of who did it.

Nothing to sign, nothing to pay. One sale in and you will know whether it suits you.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

It does not make you finish all setup before the business can move

Small teams do not fail at ERP because they lack fields. They fail because the first step is too heavy. SimpleERP makes that first step small: use free-text customers and items for quick sales, then formalize masters and inventory when the process proves itself.

NOT OUR FIRST ERP

We have built 3 of them for clients

Semiconductor equipment supplier

Customized ERP

Food ingredient trader

Whole ERP, built by us

Domestic online retailer

ERP and operations system

SimpleERP is what we learned building ERPs for those clients, packaged as something you can register for and start using yourself.

TURN IT ON WHEN YOU NEED IT

Start with one workflow; open the next module when you actually need it

01

Quick sales

On by default. Drafts, confirmations, voids, and a clear view of what is still unpaid — and a double-tap will not turn one sale into two.

02

Customers / vendors / products

When typing them in stops being enough, turn your regulars and usual items into proper records, with units and codes.

03

Purchasing / receiving / inventory

Ordering, receiving, warehouse locations, lots and expiry dates, every movement in and out, and transfers.

04

AI assistant workflows

Let an authorized AI assistant look things up and record them, with the same permissions a person has and the same record of what it did.

WHAT IT COSTS

Get the routine running free; talk about customization only if you actually need it

Free to register and use today

Quick sales and workspaces are yours to start with. No rollout project to sign, nothing to pay up front.

These are quoted separately

Special reports, unusual processes, moving old data in, complex permission design, someone on site to walk your team through it — that is customization, quoted case by case.

WHO IT FITS

For small teams who want transactions captured clearly, not a dozen modules on day one

Retail and small shops

Get daily sales, who still owes you, and the month-end total straight first.

Restaurants and service businesses

Start with the floor transactions that go missing most; the records can follow.

SMEs starting to digitize

Keep what you already use and begin with one workflow that pays back.

FOR YOUR ENGINEER OR CONSULTANT

Letting AI touch your books later should not mean opening an unwatched side door

You do not need to follow this part. What it means is that an AI assistant reaching your data goes through the same door a person does — same permissions, same record of what happened. The technical detail below is there to forward to whoever asks.

SimpleERP exposes OAuth Protected Resource Metadata and an MCP endpoint. An agent can list workspaces, inspect modules, record sales, list sales, read a sale, or void a sale, all through the same permission, scope, and idempotency rules.

Record one sale and see how it holds on to it

Basic features are currently free to register and use. Open the product and record your first sale. If you need a customized rollout, or want to talk through which workflow to digitize first, there is a free consultation for that.
